ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ :
If you are a person with an eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work in team and a high sense of responsibility, then Evocabank is waiting for you.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ :
- Customer needs assessment, and development of new card products and services in accordance with the competitive conditions of the market;- Creation and implementation of a product development roadmap;
- Continuous improvement and updates of existing card products;
- Preparation and presentation of relevant reports;
- Active cooperation with digital PMs, digital POs and other stakeholders;
- Implementation of other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ :
- Higher education in economics, management or finance;- At least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector in card product development department;
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis;
- Experience in product development and implementation will be a big plus;
- Knowledge of fintech innovations and best practices;
- Hgh sense of initiative and responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Analytical thinking;
- Good time management skills;
- Ability and desire to learn quickly;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
